An Act relative to driving under the influence by persons under 21. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 24 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:–
(5) Any person convicted of a violation of this section who is under the age of 21 years shall have his or her right to operate revoked until he is 21 or for 2 years whichever is longer.
