An Act relative to level 2 sex offenders.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 178D of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as most recently updated by chapter 139 of the acts of 2006, is hereby amended, in the second paragraph, by striking out the words “or level 2.”
