Act relative to the collection of judgements.
Be it enacted by the
Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the
authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section
22 of chapter 235 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official
Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-Any court
proceedings necessary to satisfy an execution shall take place in the
jurisdiction of the judgment holder.
