 An Act relative to the transfer of assistant clerk magistrates.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. CHAPTER 211B, SECTION 9, PARAGRAPH (xxii) IS HEREBY

 

AMENDED BY INSERTING IN LINE 10 AFTER THE WORD “DAYS.” AND

 

BEFORE THE WORDS “THE FIRST JUSTICE” THE FOLLOWING:

 

 

 

                ; PROVIDED, FURTHER, THAT NO TRANSFER OF AN ASSISTANT

 

CLERK/MAGISTRATE BE MADE WITHOUT THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF SUCH

 

ASSISTANT CLERK/MAGISTRATE’S APPOINTING AUTHORITY, THE

 

CLERK/MAGISTRATE OF THAT PARTICULAR DIVISION.
