An Act relative to controlled substances in, on or near Boys and Girls Clubs' property.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 94C of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended in section 32J by inserting in the first sentence, after the word playground the words “or facility owned or operated by the Boys and Girls Clubs”
