In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to jury duty.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Not withstanding any general or special law to the contrary.  Any individual denied a firearm identification card shall be exempt from performing jury duty until such time as said firearm identification card is granted.
