An Act relative to probation clerks at the Clinton District Court.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the chief justice for administration and management is hereby authorized and directed to appoint two additional probation clerks for the Clinton division of the district court department of the trial court.
