An Act relative to attorney client privilege and attorney work product materials.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws is hereby amended in clause 26 by inserting, after paragraph (n) a new paragraph (o) as follows:-

                (o) attorney work product and attorney-client privileged material.
