An Act relative to car theft.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 16A of Chapter 266, of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 3 by striking the words “two hundred dollars”, and inserting in place thereof:- “one thousand dollars”.
