 An Act relative to court costs of indigent persons.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 27A of chapter 261 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 9 and 10, inclusive, the words "Community Services Administration pursuant to section 625 of the Economic Opportunity Act, as amended;" and inserting in place thereof the words: - Department of Health and Human Services;
