In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to a sick leave bank for Karen White.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.    Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the trial court of the commonwealth shall establish a sick leave bank for Karen White, an employee of the Chelsea division of the district department of the trial court.  Any employee of the trial court may voluntarily contribute l or more sick, personal or vacation days to said sick leave bank for use by said Karen White.  Whenever said Karen White terminates employment with the trial court or request to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance of the sick leave time shall be transferred to the trial court paid leave bank.
