An Act relative to the liability of certain charitable institutions.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 85K of chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by deleting the words “twenty thousand”, in lines 7 and 8, and inserting in its place:— two hundred and fifty thousand.
