An Act Relative to personal property liens.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.       Section 39A of Chapter 255 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in lines 1 and 2 the words “removed from the scene of an accident and”.
