An Act relative to certain controlled substances violations.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 32J of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:-

This section shall not apply to a person who is a first time offender, 19 years of age or younger and is in possession of a controlled substance in Class D of section 32.
