An Act further regulating juror service for elderly persons. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 4 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “service”, in line 9, the words:— ; provided, however, that upon receipt of such election no subsequent juror summons shall be sent to such person, except upon the receipt of a written revocation of such election.
