An Act relative to penalties against public health.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 16 of chapter 270 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “a”, in lines 9 and 10, the following word:- civil.

   SECTION 2.  Said section 16 of said chapter 270, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 38, the word “criminal” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- civil.
