In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act Against False Complaints Against Police Officers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, all official complaints filed against police officers shall be signed by the person making the complaint and done so under the pains and penalties of perjury.
