An Act Relative to family access of crime related records.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of chapter 258B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following clause:-

                (w)  for victims and family members, to have access upon request to any and all records as a result of the crime;
