An Act to amend the Massachusetts Office of Victim Assistance funding formula for funeral compensation .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of Chapter 258C of the General Laws, is hereby amended in clause (1) of subsection (b) by striking the words “four thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following: “seven thousand five hundred dollars.”
