An Act relative to assistant chief court officers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

  Section 3 of Chapter 150E of the General Laws in hereby amended in paragraph 2 by inserting after the words “temporary clerk or assistant clerk of any court” the following: “, assistant chief court officer”
