An Act relative to the photograph requirement of the sex offender registry.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 178D of chapter 6 of the General Laws is amended by deleting the

language after the word “offender” in subsection (vi).
