An Act relative to the designation of deputy assistant clerks.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

An Act relative to the designation of deputy assistant clerks

SECTION 1. Chapter 221, Section 7 is hereby amended by striking the words “except Suffolk” in line one, following the word “counties” and inserting the words, “and the clerk of court for civil business for the county of Suffolk”.
