In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the advisory committee on personnel standards.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Chapter 211B, Section 8 is amended by striking paragraph one and inserting in place thereof: “There shall be an advisory committee on personnel standards of which the chief administrative justice of the trial court shall be chairman, consisting of the chief administrative justice of the trial court, the administrative justices of the superior, land, housing, probate and family, Boston municipal, juvenile, and district court departments; and a superior court clerk, district court clerk, a juvenile court clerk, a housing court clerk, a register of probate, a land court recorder, a clerk of the Boston municipal court, the president of the superior court clerk’s association, and the president of the district court clerk’s association, all of whom shall be designated by the respective clerks-registers associations, and the commissioner of probation.
