In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to discharged employees.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 148 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 8 by striking the following: “and any employee discharged from such employment shall be paid in full on the day of his discharge.”

And inserting in place thereof the following: “and any employee discharged from such employment shall be paid in full on the following regular pay day.”
