In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to employment agencies.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 46K of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing

in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the

following clause:

(13) To distribute the resume of an applicant without the

written consent of the applicant on a form to be furnished by the

commission.
