An Act clarifying the definition of an employee.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 148B of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is herby amended in line 8, by inserting after the word “employer” the following words:- or is performed outside of all places of business of the enterprise.
