An Act relative to the payment of an agency service fee.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 12 of Chapter 150E of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting from the second line the words “during the life of a collective bargaining agreement so providing” and by deleting from the fourth line of said section the word “such” and inserting in place thereof the word “a”.

   Section 12 is further amended by deleting from lines nine and ten the words “requiring its payment as a condition of employment”.
