An Act relative to the enforcement of labor laws.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 3 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “general” in line 2 the following:-

“or the district attorneys within their respective districts”;

Section 2 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “general” in line 1 the following:-

“or the district attorneys within their respective districts”;  and

Section 5 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “general” in line 1 the following:-

“or the district attorneys within their respective districts”
