An Act relative to health care benefits.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. No utility company organized pursuant to chapter 164, 166 or 166A of the Massachusetts General Laws shall deny an employee health care benefits due to work stoppage.
