Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 26 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing
in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1, line 41, after words "pension plans" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship programsapproved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of Sections11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws". SECTION 2. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearingin the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1, line 35, after the words "pension plans" the following: ", bona fide apprenticeship programsapproved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws". SECTION 3. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearingin the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1, line39, after the words "pension plan" the following:- ", a bona fide apprenticeshipprogram approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements ofsections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws". SECTION 4. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearingin the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1,line 44, after the words "health and welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fideapprenticeship programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with therequirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of theGeneral Laws". SECTION 5. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearingin the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1, line 50, after the words "and welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeshipprograms approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements ofsections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws". SECTION 6. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearingin the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 63, after the words "health and welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeshipprograms approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements ofsections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws". SECTION 7. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearingin the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 69, afterthe words "welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship programsapproved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws". SECTION 8. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearingin the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 78, afterthe words "welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship programsapproved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections11B to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".
