 An Act FURTHER DEFINING THE TERM EMPLOYEES FOR LABOR RELATIONS PURPOSES.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of chapter 150A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “orders” in line 24 the following:-

 

 provided, however employees of secondary schools operated by religious societies that are not connected with or controlled by any local diocese, parish, church, synagogue or similar religious organization shall be employees
