An Act relative to unemployment compensation .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 Section 6 of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph: —
Any person upon being employed or hired to perform any service excluded from the definition of employment hereunder shall be informed in writing that he is ineligible for unemployment benefits by the person so employing or hiring.
