An Act Relative to the term Employer Under the Minimum Wage Law.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 2. “Employer” an individual, corporation, partnership, labor organization, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, any political subdivision thereof, including any city, town, county, or other governmental entity authorized or created by state law, including public corporations, and authorities, or any other legal business, public or private or commercial entity including agents of the employer.
