Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the third sentence, the following:
“One year after awarding the contract, and each year thereafter during the life of the contract, said public official or public body and the prime contractor, shall submit to the commissioner a list of the jobs upon which mechanics and apprentices, teamsters, chauffeurs and laborers are to be employed, and shall request the commissioner to update the determination of the rate of wages to be paid on each job.”
SECTION 2. Section 27 of said Chapter 149 is hereby further amended in the seventh sentence, by inserting after the words “Said Schedule”, the following:
“, and subsequent updates,”
