An Act to expand the representation on certain workforce advisory boards .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Subsection  2WWW(b) of Section 31 of Chapter 123 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “AFL-CIO,” the following:-

“1 representative appointed by the Massachusetts Mayors Association,”.

SECTION 2.           Section 23 of Chapter 123 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended by inserting in subsection 11(c) after the word “governor,” and before the number “1,” the following:-

“1 of whom shall  be appointed by the Massachusetts Mayors Association,” .
