An Act relating to contracts for certain town officers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 108N of chapter 41 is hereby amended by adding the words “assessor, treasurer, collector” after the words “city manager” in the first and third paragraphs.
