In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Resolve establishing a special commission to study the creation of a Massachusetts canine rehabilitation center.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

   Resolved, That a special commission, to consist of 2 members of the senate, 3 members of the house of representatives, and 2 persons to be appointed by the governor, is hereby established for the purpose of making an investigation and study relative to the feasibility and costs associated with creating a dog behaviorist rehabilitation center for aggressive and dangerous  dogs. Said center shall be professionally staffed with certified canine behaviorists and rehabilitation specialists.
