In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the acceptance of grants by counties.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any grant, donation or program that any political subdivision of the commonwealth may accept or participate in may also be available to the several counties.
