An Act relative to county finances.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                Chapter 35 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended in subsection (i) in line 120 by striking the word “ten” and inserting in its place the word “fifty”.  Also in lines 123 and 138 striking the word “two-thirds” and inserting in its place the word “majority”.
