In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to protecting the privacy of municipal employees .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 41 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 109A the following section:—
Section 109B. Any city or town which accepts the provisions of this section may adopt a by-law regulating or prohibiting the disclosure of the residential addresses of its employees to unauthorized persons.
