An Act regulating public notice of meetings of municipal governmental bodies.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 23B of Chapter 39 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1996 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the “town” in line 91 the following sentence:- The official bulletin board of the municipality shall be accessible to the public at all times.
