An Act allowing town meetings to be held in June.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 9 of chapter 39 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the words “April or May” and inserting in place thereof the words “April, May or June”.

SECTION 2.  Section 9A of chapter 39 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the words “April or May” and inserting in place thereof the words “April, May or June”.

SECTION 3.  Section 9A of chapter 39 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 9, the words “April or May” and inserting in place thereof the words “April, May or June”.
