In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to certain zoning laws .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

                Chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after Section 5A the following section:

                Section 5A1/2.  No building structure shall be constructed in any city or town within 500 feet of an adjoining city or town without the acceptance of the special permit granting authority as defined by this chapter of each such city or town.
