In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act to increase the amount that can be appropriated from the balance of a capital project fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 44, Section 20 of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 10 by striking the word “one thousand” and replacing it with the words “twenty-five thousand.”
