In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 5 of chapter 85 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following:-
“Said ordinance and by-laws shall determine the time and manner of removal and shall affix penalties of $100 payable within 21 days. After notice of removal, each day snow and ice is not removed shall be a separate offense.”
