An Act relative to town meetings.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 9 of Chapter 39 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 6 the words “or May” and inserting in place thereof the words May or June

SECTION 2.  Section 9A of Chapter 39 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 6 the words “or May” and inserting in place thereof the words May or June; and furthermore by striking out in line 9

the words “or May” and inserting in place thereof the words May or June.
