In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act authorizing the town of Tewksbury to convey certain conservation land. .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. The Town of Tewksbury, acting by and through its board of selectmen, may sell and convey a certain parcel of conservation land, located in said town for residential purposes. Said parcel is a portion of land shown on Tewksbury Assessors Map 98 Lot 148.

 

SECTION 2.   The sale of the land authorized by article 19 of the special town meeting of

 the Town of Tewksbury held in October, 1998 is hereby ratified, validated and approved as is section 1 was in effect at the time of such authorization.

 

SECTION 3.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
