An Act relating to police auctions. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 8 of Chapter 35 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following after the sentence ending with “such city.”: -

Alternatively, the department may use any other licensed auction service, including sale over the Internet.
