In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act regarding licensing board salaries in the city of Boston.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 291 of the Acts of 1906 is hereby amended by striking out Section 2, as most recently amended by Section 1 of Chapter 90 of the Acts of 1995, and inserting in place thereof the following:
Section 2.  The annual salary range of the Chairman and the members of said board shall be in accordance with the salary schedule set by Section 5-5.10 of the City of Boston Code of Ordinances in Category IVA.  The secretary of said board shall be paid in accordance with the same salary schedule as the members of said board.  All such salaries shall be set within the Category IVA range by the Mayor of the city of Boston and all such salaries shall be paid in monthly installments by the city of Boston.
 
SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect as of July 1, 2006.
