An Act relative to the town of North Andover.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32B or other laws to the contrary, health insurance benefits for elected officials shall not be provided in the town of North Andover.
